BEOLEY ST LEONARD'S CHURCH sits in a small village in the Bromsgrove District of Worcestershire. Parts of the church date from the early 1100's and , in particular, the chancel arch. The south arcade dates from the early or middle 1200's, while the north arcade was built around 1300. The Perpendicular Gothic wset tower was added around 1400 when the north aisle was redesignedredesigned and rebuilt in the Perpendicular style. The Sheldon Chapel was then added on the north side around 1580. The church was restored in 1885 and the Sheldon Chapel was restored in 1891.
