Funeral services for Mrs Henrietta Burgum will be held Monday at Newcomer Funeral Home in Kansas City, Missouri. Mrs Burgum, a former resident of Greenville, died at 8 o'clock Friday night, according to a message from her son, H.C. Burgum.
Mrs Burgum was the widow of the late Dan C. Burgum, for more than 10 years manager of the Paramont Theatre of Greenville, who died several years ago.
She was Worthy Matron of Emmett N. Thomas Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star and held other offices in the Chapter. Mrs Burgum was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Greenville and active in the Sunday School. She leaves a son and a daughter in Kansas City.
