History: The Bush Inn was the tap house of Redbrook Brewery. Thomas Burgham took over in 1856 and expanded the business to supply over twenty licensed premises. Both the Brewery and the pubs were taken over by Ind Coop and Allsopp of Burton on Trent in 1923.

The card also says it is the nearest hotel to Pine Camp. The hotel was originally built by the St Regis Paper Company to house workers. They also constructed 52 homes and a general store At one time over 1,500 people lived in Deferiet, many of them Italian, Hungarian and Polish immigrants.

The hotel was torn down in 1965.

History: It was purchased in 1888 for £350, but by 1891 it had passed to the Trustees mentioned above. It closed in 1900. It was located near the bottom of Victoria Street, near a sharp bend, almost opposite the Forge Hammer Inn. Cinderford Iron Works was nearby and provided many of its customers.
